We take great care in preparing and delivering every Affrā order. Below is an overview of our shipping process and timeframes.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch

US: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Rural & remote areas: Please allow additional delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier demand or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of 7.99 NZD
Free Shipping: On all orders over 90 NZD

Shipping Rates (Australia)

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of 9.99 AUD
Free Shipping: On all orders over 140 AUD

Shipping Rates (US)

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of 15 USD
Free Shipping: On all orders over 200 USD

Please note that delivery to the US might incur additional taxes and fees.

Shipping outside NZ & Australia

Just reach out with your address and what you’d like to order, and we’ll organise a shipping quote for you. Email us at info@affracollection.co.nz and we’ll take care of the rest.

**Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Details

All orders are sent via tracked courier services.
Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Delays or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email info@affracollection.co.nz with your order number and we’ll assist with tracking your parcel.

Return on International Orders

All international orders have our 30-day returns and exchanges, the same as within New Zealand. If something arrives faulty, get in touch within 30 days and we will sort it. Return shipping costs for orders sent outside New Zealand are the customer's responsibility.

Okay, listen to me! I tried two pairs of scissors to cut the leather and struggled, until I used my partner’s Japanese knife. That’s how authentic this belt’s leather is. I love how stylish it is, it really screams CLASS. It’s also super convenient because you can swap designs in a snap! The quality is amazing, and the attention to detail is superb.
